Gift Card & E-Gift Card Policies

This Gift Card & E-Gift Card Policy (“Policy”) governs the issuance, purchase, use, expiry, and other terms relating to Dhanora Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards. This Policy is issued by Dhanora LLP, the owner and operator of the Dhanora brand and is in addition to Dhanora’s Terms of Use and other applicable policy documents.

1. Definitions

Gift Card

A physical or digital prepaid card issued by Dhanora LLP that holds a monetary value and can be redeemed towards the purchase of Dhanora jewelry products, subject to this Policy.

E-Gift Card

A digital version of the Gift Card delivered via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other electronic modes.

Recipient

The person to whom a Gift Card or E-Gift Card is issued or delivered.

2.Where Gift Cards Are Valid

2.1 Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are redeemable only for purchases of jewelry products on:

  • The official Dhanora website (www.Dhanora.co)
  • Dhanora retail stores and authorized Shop-in-Shop (SIS) locations in India

2.2 Gift Cards cannot be used for:

  • Cash withdrawals or cash equivalents,
  • Purchase of other Gift Cards, schemes, plans, vouchers, or monetary instruments,
  • Purchase of non-jewelry products or third-party services.

3. Purchase & Issuance

3.1 Gift Cards may be purchased in fixed or variable denominations as made available by Dhanora.

3.2 E-Gift Cards will be delivered to the Recipient’s email or mobile number as provided at the time of purchase.

3.3 Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are valid only after successful payment verification.

4. Redemption Rules

4.1 Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards may be redeemed partially or fully across one or more qualified jewelry purchases until the card balance is exhausted or the card expires.

4.2 A Gift Card can be used alone or in combination with other payment methods (e.g., cards, UPI, net banking), except where excluded by Dhanora offers and promotions.

4.3 Redemption must be made in a single transaction per checkout session; multiple gift cards may be used where permitted at the time of checkout.

5. Expiry & Balance

5.1 Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are valid for a period determined by Dhanora from the date of issuance, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

5.2 Any unused balance after expiry will automatically lapse and will not be refundable, redeemable, re-credited, or transferable.

5.3 It is the responsibility of the Gift Card holder to track expiry and balance; Dhanora may provide balance enquiry options subject to availability.

6. Loss, Theft, Misuse & Replacement

6.1 Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are like cash and must be safeguarded.

6.2 Dhanora is not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed Gift Cards/E-Gift Cards
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent use of Gift Cards/E-Gift Cards

6.3 Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards cannot be replaced, revalidated, or reissued once lost, stolen, or expired.

7. Non-Refundable & Non-Encashable

7.1 Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-encashable under any circumstances.

7.2 No refunds, credits, cash, bank transfer, wallet, or currency equivalent shall be issued for Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards.

8. Promotional Offers

8.1 Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards may be included in promotional campaigns. Such offers are subject to additional terms and conditions which will be published by Dhanora at the time of the offer.

8.2 Unless otherwise stated, promotional Gift Cards are governed by this Policy and Dhanora’s Terms of Use and other applicable policy documents.

9. Scheme & Policy Consistency

9.1 The use of Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards is subject to Dhanora’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Payment Policy, and other applicable policy documents.

9.2 In the event of any conflict between this Policy and any other Dhanora policy, the specific provisions of this Policy shall prevail with respect to Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhanora shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to Gift Card transactions.

10.2 Dhanora’s total liability relating to any Gift Card matter shall be limited to the value of the Gift Card.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.Courts at Surat, Gujarat (India) shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy.
