• 100% value of gold weight calculated at the prevailing gold rate at the time of exchange.

1.3 :- Lifetime Buyback (LTB)

• Buyback value = Applicable Lifetime Exchange value minus additional 3%.

2.1 :- 15-Day Returns

We offer a 15-day no-questions-asked Return Policy from the date of invoicing and receipt of the product.

Eligibility Conditions:

• Product must be unworn, unused, and in original condition,
• Original invoice, certificate, and packaging must be intact,

2.2 :- Lifetime Exchange (LTE)

A. Standard Lifetime Exchange (No Mandatory Upgrade)

Within 1 Year from Invoice Date:

• Exchange value shall be 80% of the original Invoice Value.

After 1 Year from Invoice Date:

• Exchange value shall be 70% of the original Invoice Value.

Exclusions:

• GST, discounts, and promotional benefits, offers are excluded
• No compulsory upsell required

B. Lifetime Exchange with Upgrade (Value Protection Benefit)

If the customer upgrades to a new product with a value greater than 2× the original invoice value:

• 100% of the original invoice value (excluding GST, discounts, promotional benefits & offers) shall be considered as the exchange value
• Metal price fluctuations will not impact the exchange value
• Applicable for lifetime, subject to product verification

2.3 :- Lifetime Buyback (LTB)

• Buyback value shall be calculated as a percentage of the original Invoice Value as follows:
• Within 1 year from invoice date: 70%
• After 1 year from invoice date: 60%
  (excluding GST, discounts, promotional benefits & offers)

3.1 :- 15-Day Exchange

• 15-day no-questions-asked exchange from the date of invoice and receipt.

3.2 :- Lifetime Exchange (LTE)

• 100% value of metal weight calculated at the prevailing metal rate
• Making charges, GST, discounts, and promotional benefits are excluded

3.3 :- Lifetime Buyback (LTB)

• Buyback value = Applicable Lifetime Exchange value minus additional 3%

4.1 :- 15-Day Exchange

• 15-day no-questions-asked exchange from the invoice date.

4.2 :- Lifetime Exchange (LTE)

• Metal: 100% value of metal weight at prevailing metal rate
• Natural Diamond: 100% of prevailing diamond value

Exclusions:

• Making charges, GST, discounts, and promotional benefits

4.3 :- Lifetime Buyback (LTB)

• Natural Diamond: Additional 10% deduction from applicable Lifetime Exchange value

5.1 :- 15-Day Exchange

• 15-day no-questions-asked exchange from the invoice date.

5.2 :- Lifetime Exchange (LTE)

• Metal: 100% value of metal weight at prevailing metal rate
• Lab-Grown Diamond: 90% of prevailing diamond value

Exclusions:

• Making charges, GST, discounts, and promotional benefits

5.3 :- Lifetime Buyback (LTB)

• Lab-Grown Diamond: Additional 10% deduction from applicable Lifetime Exchange value

1. Customized / Make-to-Order jewelry, including engraved or personalized products, are not eligible for 15-Day Returns. Such products shall be eligible only for Lifetime Exchange or Buyback, as applicable.

2. In the absence of the original certificate:

• Product shall be sent for re-certification
• Loss of the original certificate shall attract a ₹200 deduction, subject to feasibility and certification agency norms

3. Any coupons, discounts, or promotional offers availed at the time of purchase shall be deducted proportionately from the Exchange or Buyback Value.

4. Discounts applied on stone, diamond, or labour value during the original purchase shall be deducted from the buyback value.

5. Loyalty points used during purchase shall be deducted from the Lifetime Exchange value.

6. If the value of the new product selected exceeds the exchange value, the customer shall pay the difference.

7. If the value of the new product selected is lower, the difference shall be credited as store credit (non-transferable, non-encashable, usable only for Dhanora jewelry purchases).

8. Buyback and exchange values shall be determined based on actual inspection of gold weight and diamond specifications.

9. Prevailing market value shall be determined by Dhanora LLP based on internal valuation standards, prevailing market rates, and product inspection. Third-party valuations shall not be binding.

10. These benefits are not applicable for international orders, including purchases delivered outside India.

11. Lifetime Exchange and Buyback values are calculated excluding making charges, promotional discounts, and applicable taxes.

12. Jewelry exchange within 15 days at full value is permitted only once. Any subsequent exchange shall be treated as Lifetime Exchange.

13. For Lifetime Exchange / Buyback, the final value shall be communicated to the customer:

• If accepted, the amount shall be credited as store credit (non-transferable, non-encashable, usable only for Dhanora jewelry purchases)
• If declined, the product shall be returned on to-pay basis

14. Dhanora LLP reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Updates shall be published on www.dhanora.co.

1. Once a product has been exchanged under the 15-Day Exchange Policy, any further exchange requests shall be treated as Lifetime Exchange.

2. In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered, Dhanora LLP shall provide a 100% replacement or exchange, subject to verification and inspection.

1. All items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unused, and accompanied by original packaging, invoice, and certificate.

2. Customized, engraved, and made-to-order jewelry are not eligible for 15-Day Exchange. Such products are covered only under applicable Buyback or Lifetime Exchange policies.
